3. Services Provided
GoIndiaGo provides the following services through the Platform:
- Flight search and booking on domestic and international routes.
- Hotel search and booking through our hotel suppliers.
- Other travel services made available on the Platform from time to time, such as cabs, visa assistance, travel insurance, and bus and train requests.
- Tools to set your own markup, manage Sub-Agents, and issue tickets and vouchers to your Customers.
- GST invoice generation for Bookings (where applicable).
- Booking history, statements and reports for your Agency.
4. Wallet, Bookings and Payment
4.1 Booking Confirmation
- A Booking is confirmed only when you receive a PNR or confirmation number from us.
- Fare prices are dynamic and may change until payment is completed. The price shown at payment confirmation is the final price.
- Where a fare can be held, it is held for a limited time set by the Supplier. A held Booking that is not paid for in time may be released or re-priced.
4.2 Wallet and Payment
- Bookings are paid for from your Wallet. The Booking amount is debited at the time of booking.
- Wallet top-ups are processed through Razorpay or by the other methods shown on the Platform.
- All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Charges levied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
4.3 Commission and Markup
- Any commission or incentive payable to you is as shown on the Platform for the relevant Booking and may change from time to time.
- You may add your own markup to the price you quote your Customers. You are responsible for any tax due on your markup or service fee.
4.4 GST & Invoicing
GST is charged on Bookings and on our service fees at the rates applicable under GST law. Where you have provided a GSTIN, GST invoices are generated in that name. Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility is governed by GST law — consult your tax advisor.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
5.1 General Principles
Cancellation and refund rules are set by each airline or hotel Supplier and are displayed before booking confirmation. Our service fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
5.2 How Refunds Are Processed
- Cancellation requests must be raised through the Platform or with our support team.
- A refund is processed after the Supplier has confirmed the cancellation and its charges.
- The refundable amount, less Supplier charges and any applicable GoIndiaGo fee, is credited to your Wallet.
- If the airline cancels a flight, the refund is as per the airline's policy and applicable DGCA rules.
- You are responsible for passing on to your Customer any refund due to them.
5.3 Hotel Cancellations
- Free cancellation and partially refundable bookings: the refundable amount is shown at the time of booking.
- Non-refundable bookings: no refund is issued on cancellation. Clearly indicated before confirmation.
- Early check-out or no-show: governed by the hotel's policy. GoIndiaGo is not liable for amounts forfeited.
6. Your Responsibilities to Customers
- You are responsible for the accuracy of traveller names, dates, contact details and travel documents entered for each Booking.
- You must inform your Customers of the fare rules, cancellation charges, baggage rules and visa or passport requirements that apply to their Booking.
- You are responsible for collecting payment from your Customers. GoIndiaGo has no claim against, and no liability to, your Customers for amounts they pay you.
- You must not misrepresent the price, the Supplier, or the terms of a Booking to a Customer.
- You must handle your Customers' personal data lawfully and only for the purpose of their travel.
7. Platform Use & Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Platform to:
